Your password has successfully been reset.Moreover, compromised identities are the number one attack vector for bad actors. Select your password challenge question and answer. You will be directed to a page that will ask you to enter the previously provided Reset Code. This will include a link to setup your new password please click it to continue. You will receive an email with the subject Single Sign-On Reset Message. On the next screen (shown to the right), you will be provided with a Reset Code.
Your password is case sensitive, must be at least 8 characters long, must start and end with a letter, and must contain at least one number. On the next screen (shown to the right), enter your e-mail address and correct response to your password challenge. When prompted to confirm your email address, please click Yes.
On the next screen (shown to the right), click the Select button next to I remember my challenge questions or I have access to my email. Complete the security challenge by dragging the directed object into the “drop here” circle, which will activate the “Submit” button. In the field provided, please enter your GE SSO ID. You will be directed to the SSO Password Reset Application.
If you forgot your password, please select “Forgot your password?” in the footer of the GE SSO Login Page. You will not be able to login to Service Shop until your account has been approved. Once your account has been approved, you will receive an email welcoming you to Service Shop and providing login instructions. #Healthcare single sign on registration
If all the fields are completed, your registration will be submitted for approval. Upon completion, read terms & conditions and acknowledge your acceptance of them by selecting the check-box. You just need to fill out the fields highlighted in green. On this screen, many of the fields are prefilled. You will be directed to the Service Shop Account Registration Page. Once you enter the correct GE SSO ID and Password, select one of the two login options. You will receive an email verification that your GE SSO ID was successfully created, and be directed to the GE Single Sign On login page.Accept the Term’s & Conditions in the popup.

Complete the required fields on the form.You will be directed back to the Service Shop home-page logged in to your account.Īfter selecting “ GET SSO ID AND REGISTER” you will be directed to the GE SSO Registration Application.If there were no validation errors, you will be directed towards the confirmation screen.Click OK to accept the Terms and Conditions.Select your Password Challenge question and answer.In the fields provided, please enter the GE SSO ID that was assigned to you in the email, your email address, and current (temporary) password.In the field provided, enter your new GE SSO ID and provided temporary password.You will be directed to the SSO Login Screen.In the upper right corner, click Sign In.If you cannot find this email, please contact GE Service Shop support at Open Service Shop's home page.You should have received an email confirming the creation of your new GE SSO ID and temporary password.
